Empower your school or district with tools and strategies to create lasting, high-impact family engagement. Our Two-Day Traveling Workshop on Long-Range Planning builds upon the One-Day Traveling Workshop on Foundations of Family and Community Engagement, offering a comprehensive program to foster meaningful, sustainable connections with families and communities.

 Day One

  • This session introduces the core principles of family engagement, equipping schools and districts with proven strategies and tools for immediate implementation.

 Day Two

  • The extended day takes a deeper dive, focusing on long-term planning. Participants will develop a customized, multi-year action plan for sustainable, systemic, and culturally responsive engagement practices

Led by Kevin Walker, founder of Project Appleseed, these workshops blend research-based insights with actionable solutions, ensuring participants leave with the confidence and resources to elevate their family engagement initiatives for years to come.

Key Benefits of the Two-Day Traveling Workshop

The workshop helps teams identify and address barriers such as scheduling conflicts, language differences, and cultural gaps—creating equitable opportunities for all families to participate.
