Identify parent engagement priorities and strategies.
Assess practices, challenges, and solutions using handouts.
Collaborate in activities and debrief to refine ideas.
Focus on vision, support, communication, and barriers.

Vision and Strategy:

Build a shared vision for engagement.
Enhance communication and provide parenting support.

Align School Events:

Design or adapt high-impact events leveraging the Parent Activity Handbook and Six Types of Family Engagement framework for maximum impact.

Tracking Pledge Impact Metrics:

Count of families completing the Parental Engagement Pledge compact.
Total volunteer hours contributed.
Estimated dollar value of volunteer contributions to the district.

Group Collaboration:

Define specific actions, policies, and strategies to promote parent involvement.
Address barriers like scheduling conflicts and cultural differences.
